Our goal is to provide the most effective diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to help our clients succeed and empower families and treatment teams.
Who We Are
With over 20 years of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology, we understand the struggles an individual with a speech or language disorder and their families can experience. Because we also understand that therapy is most effective when individuals feel comfortable and when families are equipped to provide support, we are pleased to provide our services at your home, or your child’s day program.
Our Specialization
Autism Spectrum Disorders
Serving the needs of individuals with ASD requires a specialized skill set in addition to foundational training in speech-language pathology. We have specialized training and years of experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques and Positive Behavior Instructional Supports (PBIS.)
Developmental Speech and Language Disorders
We help children who may be struggling with receptive and expressive language difficulties, articulation or speech sound production difficulties, and social communication challenges.
Augmentative and Alternative Communication Systems (AAC)
We help nonverbal and minimally verbal individuals develop critical communication skills through use of light- tech, mid-tech and high-tech communication devices and systems. We have extensive experience helping individuals learn fundamental communication skills using The Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS,) an evidence based practice for individuals with autism and other significant challenges.
Early Intervention
With speech and language delays, early intervention is key. We work with children ages birth to three years to promote the development of age appropriate speech, language and communication skills.
